thanks pritam. that code is not found in the settings.php however it's in the sidebar.php. regardless i've changed the value numerous times with no luck. no matter what i do the most recent featured post is the one that is shown and half the time the thumbnail works and the other half it doesn't show up at all.

i just decided to download a separate featured post plugin that works much better for me.

thanks for the theme! it's perfect other than the problems with the featured posts.

I have the same issue as Voli up above with only being able to show one featured post at a time instead of several. No matter what value I change it to it only shows one.

I love this theme but the featured post has been the cause of all my headaches.

This theme is very pretty. The only drawback that I have found so far is the way the comments link is displayed. It is very tiny and tucked under the post title. I would like to see it ramped up a bit and made more visible. =)

If you are talking about the Index.php file, the code says "show full post if excerpt not available". The theme first tries to show the excerpt of the post. If an excerpt has not been created, it displays full post (which is truncated at READ MORE tag, if present).

i´ve used your theme a couple of weeks (or month) but after i´ve updated it the theme shows on frontpage a placeholder- image in every post.

Before the update everything was ok? Do you have any idea how i can fix that?

There is another question: I want the theme to show featured posts a longer time than it does. In the Admin- Panel i click on appearance and than on edit. In the settings.php i´ve changed the number from 5 to 15 but it only shows one featured post ...

2. how can i temporarily (for this project) delete one of them, as i need only one, either featured posts or recent posts ?
