You must have seen various weather apps that tell you through icons and texts about the weather outside or any place of choice. YoWindoW does it very differently. This real-time weather screensaver acts as your desktop window through which you can look at the weather world over.

YoWindoW displays weather information over a beautiful and serene landscape. It tries to place the sun, the moon and clouds on exact horizons as if they were for real. If it's raining outside, you also get to see it in your YoWindoW weather landscape. Same goes for snow, hail and many more weather phenomenon.

YoWindoW takes the current weather data from METAR stations network, which has around 4,380 active stations across the globe, most of them are located at airports. It downloads the current weather information from the METAR station closest to your location.

YoWindoW currently supports Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 (2.7MB).
